We hope you love our products as much as we do! TLG will only accept returns if the safety seal has not been compromised (unopened bottles) or if you received a damage product. In this case, the client should contact us immediately and send us a picture of the product.

We have a 15-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 15-day.

To ensure our quick ship policy (1-2 business days), orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, shipped, or while in transit to the customer.

Shipping expenses will not be refunded. We take responsibility of Return postage.

Refunds are not accepted for a perceived 'lack of results'.
